In the field of ring spinning, Rieter recently introduced the new G 32, which works with up to 1,440 spindles offering a satisfactory price/performance ratio. The new machine features an automatic cop change ROBOdoff or doffing without unwinding with the SERVOgrip, the company explains. It suits for customers who want to modernize with long doffer ring spinning machines.
Rieter, as one of the leading ring spinning technology providers, offers new combers underscoring effective production figures: 74 kg/h on the new, fully automated E 76 comber or 72 kg/h on the E 66 comber. The increase in output is achieved by means of C•A•P•D 500 (Computer Aided Process Development), the company says.
With 500 nips/min., up to 80 g/m batt weight, superior fiber selection and good machine running behavior, the combers produce high quality economically. The ROBOlap fully automated lap changing and piecing system on the E 76 comber is also a unique feature, according to Rieter.
The SB-D 11 is another new Rieter single-head drawframe without autoleveling for delivery speeds of up to 1,100 m/min. In terms of productivity it is designed for use in line with the RSB-D 40. The new equipment is characterised by the compact size, good sliver quality and low capital investment per kg of sliver. The automatic linear can changer for can formats of up to 1,000 mm enables a high degree of running autonomy to be achieved. Ease of operation and good accessibility ensure low maintenance effort, the company says.
