At the upcoming Bandung International Textile and Garment Machinery & Accessories Exhibition (Bandung InterTex) held at Jakarta, Indonesia, this April, Brückner will exhibit its made-in-Germany finishing lines for woven and knitted fabric and for technical textiles. Its latest Power-Frame stenter generation meets maximum capacity and quality requirements and provides optimum production output and results with energy savings up to 35%. The patented Split-Flow air circulation system ensures high drying performance, and reproducible finishing results under fully automatic control, it adds.
Brückner offers tension-free drying, shrinking and relaxing of knitted fabric in tubular or open form with the Power-Relax relaxation dryer that has three fabric passages and a throughflow zone for a large production quantity. The company says this dryer allows thermal saving of up to 20% while production capacity increases up to 25%.
More systems will be presented by Brückner, including the Power-Compact universal compactor; as well as the Power-Slit cutting and opening unit and the Power-Stretch squeezing unit for tubular knitted fabrics.
